Free delivery to main city centres in SA.  Delivered to your door.

Orders are processed in 1-3 days with an added 1-3 days for delivery.
(Please contact us if you need a more urgent delivery)

Full refunds on unworn, undamaged garments within 30 days of delivery. 

Muna Technology Company (Pty) LTD only ships orders Monday to Friday, during office hours, and does not operate on public holidays and weekends.
Once an order has been registered and payment accepted, we will complete the order and arrange for our express couriers to collect your item. It is then in the care of the couriers. We will notify you when your order is collected by our couriers.

Please note that we only dispatch orders once a week for delivery, If you've placed your order on the day of dispatch, we have to first prepare the order and quality inspection is then headed to first before dispatch, your order may only then be dispatched the following week. 

Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. Research Unit is not liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.

Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible.Please allow delay time over peak times such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year, MothersDay and Fathers Day.

Once an order has been registered and payment accepted, it is in the care of the courier company, or customs of your state or country. We are not liable for any errors made by these services as well as any damages to the product.
You may also be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. Customs policies vary in each state or country around the world, therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any customs or import duties.
